How to Order

1.) Use our website and our secure checkout.

2.) Use the order forms that are under the Order Form tab on the website. You can fill the order form out and either email, mail, or fax it to us. This way is useful if you are ordering a large quantity of tags. We do accept purchase orders from fire departments and can bill you later. If your department is from NY a tax exempt form is required.

3.) You can call us and place your order over the phone.

4.) You can send a copy of your roster etc. with a description of what you need with it by mail, fax or email.

Payment: We accept Paypal, check, money order or purchase order. Please fax your purchase order to us. You can pay through Paypal with a credit card even if you do not have an account.

5.) How to pay by credit card: During checkout choose Paypal as payment method. Click on make payment before submitting order. This will take you to Paypal's site where you can make a payment with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.
